What counts as "support hours" vs "management"?

Management (included in base retainer) covers proactive tasks: OS updates, endpoint security, email administration (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365), monitoring, and patching. Support hours cover reactive help: user troubleshooting, computer issues, password resets, and other assistance requests.

What happens if we exceed our support hours?

Additional support hours are available as needed at an agreed-upon market rate. All support is billed in 30-minute increments. We'll notify you before exceeding your plan's included hours.

Do unused hours roll over?

No, support hours reset monthly. However, we track usage patterns and can recommend plan adjustments if you're consistently under or over your allocation.

Do you offer onsite support?

Yes, for Los Angeles-area clients. Onsite visits are available for hardware issues that require hands-on help. Onsite visits have a 2-hour minimum and count against your plan's support hours. We coordinate scheduling in advance.

Do you support both Mac and PC?

Yes, we support Windows, macOS, and common business applications. We provide best-effort support across standard business tools, though we're not specialized experts in every software program.

What's your response time?

Average response time is under 4 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm PT). Premium plan includes same-day response guarantee. Emergency issues are prioritized.

What tools and platforms do you support?

We support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, common backup solutions, endpoint protection, networking equipment, printers, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and standard business applications. For specialized software, we provide best-effort support or can coordinate with your vendors.
